Tornado Bob!
Kissa's son Bob lives in Florida, the bad
weather Florida has had in the past few months gave him an idea for a Halloween
costume. He entered a contest as "Tornado Bob". There were
800 other people who entered that contest. He won! He
was also awarded a substantial monetary prize!
