MINI
PIZZA:
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 tins (19 oz) tomato
sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 T. vinegar
1 t. salt
1 t. oregano
1 can sliced, drained
mushrooms
1 bunch green onions sliced
1 package diced pepperoni
Mix all ingredients
1/2 lb. grated mozzarella
Put mixture on buns and
top with mozzarella.
Bake for 10 minutes in a
400 oven. This is a very large recipe but keeps well. Kids
love it.

CRAB
MEAT CHEESE BUNS:
1 (6 oz ) package Velveeta
cheese
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 (6 3/4 oz ) can crab meat
6 buns, split in half
Cut up cheese, place with
butter over low heat until the cheese is melted. Add crab meat and
blend ingredients. Spread mixture on buns and broil until slightly
brown and bubbly.
Yield 6 servings
